I was recommended to Dr. Demko by my dentist and we could not be happier. You can tell Dr. Demko takes a lot of pride in her practice in every aspect. The staff is so friendly and kind. Gabby goes above and beyond to help everyone, knows all the patient’s names, and is always so helpful! They’re always on time, we’re never waiting, and always finish on time or earlier. And, as someone who is chronically late to everything, they are never rude to us. Best part, my daughter is never in pain after her visits and doesn’t dread going— even during the expanders phase! 100% recommend to anyone looking to start their child (maybe even adults?) on this journey!!!

Dr. Demko and her colleagues have looked after my mom, me, and my daughter. Her attention to detail and ability to explain options always make us comfortable and assured. She also will not “upsell” you on things that you don’t need in order to artificially continue treatment. She and her staff seem to genuinely care about and enjoy what they do.

What an amazing experience!!! I brought my two sons in (14 and 10) for a consultation and immediately felt welcomed and cared for!! I felt the dr and staff were honest and friendly! The recommendations were reasonable and fair!! Although we are a military family and will be moving within the next 18 months; I am confident in moving forward with Dr. Demko even if that means remotely!!

After first getting my invisalign, I wore it really well for a few months and then i stopped wearing them altogether. They called me to make an appointment about getting my new trays and i was so far behind that i was terrified. I had so much fear that they were going to jump down my throat about it and I was scared that I would be in trouble with them. After not seeing me for a year and a half and calling me countless times to get an appointment, they sent me a letter saying that they were cutting me off as a patient and I felt like I had wasted so much money and was heartbroken and disappointed in myself. This led me to gain the courage to finally call Dr. Demko and just talk to her about what was going on with my treatment. I told her I wasn’t wearing the trays the way i was supposed to , which led me to not wear them at all. I told her that once I got so far behind my treatment plan , I panicked out of fear that I would be in trouble with them and that I understood their decision to let me go as a patient. Right then and there they set me up with an appointment to continue treatment and get me back on track. They decided to keep me as a patient and I will always be grateful for that !! When I came back to the office , Dr. Demko was very understanding and told me her story about how difficult it has been for her to keep up with invisalign the way she is supposed to which made me feel better. I highly recommend this orthodontist for your braces and invisalign needs because the entire staff seems to really care about their patients and their success with the treatment plan they choose! They literally told me I was no longer a patient because of my failure to communicate and cooperate with them, and then still decided to keep me as a patient and even made sure to keep it financially safe for me to continue getting treatment through them. They were so kind to me about the whole thing and made me realize that it’s okay to forget sometimes, but also made me understand that I should never be afraid to be honest and open with them about stuff like that because they get it, they have been in our shoes as patients , and they just want what is best for us! Thank for everything Dr. Demko and your team!!

Dr. Demko and her staff are amazing. Until today, I had been stuck with 7 year old brackets that were installed by an orthodontist that went out of business shortly after I began treatment. I’ve been turned away many times due to my inability to get a release from my old provider but not by Dr. Demko. Today, she removed those old brackets! There aren’t enough words to explain how grateful I am. Highly recommend, for both her skill and the empathy I was met with today. Thank you, Dr. Demko.

Just had my consultation with Dr. Demko and team and it was fabulous! Office is bright and welcoming, technology is state of the art and they were able to show me 3D images of my teeth and smile and potential “after” photos. Dr. Demko was very warm, easy to talk to and took a lot of time to explain various elements of the treatment to improve my smile and different options we could pursue. Very transparent and thorough, best consultation I could imagine. Look forward to starting treatment with them!

Jackie Demko & team are the absolute best! Jackie was my personal orthodontist and did a wonderful job. From the moment we walked in everyone was relaxed and friendly. Lynn was very good with the children, telling them exactly what was expected and reassuring them that they were doing well. Dr. Demko laid out the plan of treatment and was very informative.
