Gabby - Patient Coordinator/Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Gabby joined the Demko team in April 2021. She was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and is the current Patient Coordinator for our Chesterfield and St. Charles locations. Along with that, she is the head of our Marketing and Social Media team & is cross-trained to be a Treatment Coordinator! In Gabby's spare time, she travels, spends time with family, friends, and her husband Kyle, or plays sand volleyball. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with patients and ensuring they get the Demko experience every time!

Kirsche "Kae" - Treatment Coordinator

Kirsche joined Demko in February 2022. She is from O'Fallon, MO, and is the Treatment Coordinator for our St. Charles and Chesterfield locations. In her spare time she loves sewing, needlepointing, reading, or hanging out with her Daughter. Kirsche's favorite thing about Demko is that we always look at the whole picture. We don't just focus on the teeth, we focus on the patient. She loves working here because she loves helping people find a smile they can be proud of.

Debbie - Clinical Assistant

Debbie has been with Demko Orthodontics since January 2003. She has been in the dental field most of her working years and in orthodontics for over 40 years. She is a clinical assistant and lab technician. Debbie is married and loves to spend time with her family, most of all with her grandkids. She loves to work in the garden and, for quiet time, loves to sit and read a good book. She likes working for Demko because we change lives. We can give them a better smile, better breathing, and better confidence.

Jessica

Jessica is our Director of Operations and joined our Demko Team in July 2021. Along with being our Director, she also trained as a Treatment Coordinator. In her spare time you can find Jess watching her 3 boys play sports or hanging with her husband and family. Jessica's favorite thing about working at Demko is watching patients finish their treatment with their "Demko Smile"

Travis

Travis started as an intern in our Washington office in January 2016 and became a clinical assistant in November 2016. He loves working with our patients and bringing out their best smiles. In his spare time, you can find him playing golf with his grandfather or spending time with family and close friends. When Travis is not cracking a joke, he enjoys video games and paintball as well. Travis likes working for Demko because he likes to see the reactions on our patients' faces after they take off their braces or finish Invisalign.

Sydni

Sydni - Patient Coordinator/Insurance Coordinator/Sleep

Sydni joined the Demko family in July 2014. She loves to help create memorable smiles so much that not only is she the Patient Coordinator but she is also cross-trained so you can sometimes find her in the clinic with ortho patients. Sydni also does our screening of patients for sleep appliances! You will often find Sydni out with her mom shopping or with her husband watching their daughter Kaitlyn on a Marching Band Field. She loves exploring new hiking trails, camping, crafting, and taking vacations to be able to get to all 48 continental states!

Tricia

Tricia - Financial Coordinator

Tricia is our jack-of-all-trades and handles anything and everything that is thrown at her. You can find her mostly behind the scenes, but she is a vital part of Demko. Tricia is from Auburn, Indiana. She is married and has 4 kids who are spread across the country and keep her busy! Her favorite thing to do is travel (mostly to see her children). Tricia's favorite thing about Demko is the people. She loved being able to help patients and her co-workers and always has her P.A.N.T.S on.

Emma joined our team in November 2024. With her bubbly personality, our patients love seeing her! What Emma enjoys the most about Demko is seeing patients gain confidence in their smiles and appearances and seeing the transformation. In Emma's free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, and being adventurous. Her favorite memories come from spontaneity!
